I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. While you're there you may even get a visit from their poodle Spec. Thanks Roland, Kate and Spec; you are the best!

I have used them for the past few years and they have been very good on both the mechanical and tire side of things.......way better than dealing with Canadian Tire just down the road, and prices were better on the tires too.

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. This store reminds me of the soup nazi on sienfeld the product is good. The staff is knowledgeable . They are well stocked with quality product.Just don't hesitate when it's your turn in line or you might get snapped at.
