I'm VERY particular about where I take my MB for service, and R U Auto is my choice without question. Roland and Kate are knowledgeable about the brand, treat my vehicle as if it were their own, and their prices are reasonable. On top of all that, they're nice people to deal with. Ive been searching for a part for my car everywhere and finally found it here ! The guy in the store was so helpful and so excited to help me out! He seemed to be working alone for the day and had a-lot on his hands but dropped everything to help me. I seen his storage area and he has a huge supply. Very pleased with the kindness and customer service.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

I drove my son to get his winter tires on and Dennis was so welcoming and friendly...just mentioned that I had a slow leak in one of my tires and he offer FOR FREE to take a look...filled both back tires for me...highly recommend ... also very fair pricing!!
