Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! I own a 2008 Benz. All those people who have one and driver seat is busted;due to cheap fabric as the origin. MB will replacing the entire seat if you still covered under warranty. If not you are left to foot the bill. Go to Mike Upholstery and you can get this fix like brand new with better quality material for a fraction of the price.
