Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.

I've been taking my cars to Rick's since I started driving 6 years ago and have had nothing but exceptional service there. Him and his staff are great mechanics and people and I have never had any problems. I would never bring my car anywhere else or trust any other shop to do any work on my car. My favourite shop to visit. these guys know their cars. never upsell me work i dont need. they give me a nice inspection with my oil change and advise me what needs attention soon and what can wait. very informative

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
