I have been coming to Backo for over a decade now. One thing I can say is that they provide a standard beyond commercial shops while being a family run operation. Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

Without a doubt, the best I've ever dealt with. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I live in Brampton and work in Mississauga 35 years at Pearson Airport. The guys are always attentive to the auto parts needed. They will always say If we don't have it we will do our best to get it for you and I don't know know the answer right now but I will find out and let you know what I find. And they will get a hold of you. Most recent purchases: 2010 Mercedes E350 4Matic sedan front and rear rotors and pads and two brake wear sensors. Thanks to George and everyone else there. VR
