Saff is honest and excellent. The jobs are done on time and with great efficiency. I have a 2006 BMW, a little old and gradually, like me, is showing signs of aging but I love my car. So IO take it to Autogenics for some major work. The prices are reasonable and the work highly satisfactory.

Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience.

Fantastic European (VW/Audi/BMW/Mercedes) automotive mechanic shop! Very knowledgeable mechanics. They will explain the work thoroughly so you understand your options or what work absolutely has to get done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else nor do I trust anyone else with my car…other mechanic shops in Brampton claimed to have fixed problems on my car prior but neither places ever fixed my issues. AST has fantastic customer service and fixed my issues!

I have been coming to Backo for over a decade now. One thing I can say is that they provide a standard beyond commercial shops while being a family run operation. They have helped me so many times with mechanical problems in my BMW without stiffing me on unnecessary costs like the BMW dealership. They fix everything here!

I live in Brampton and work in Mississauga 35 years at Pearson Airport. The guys are always attentive to the auto parts needed. They will always say If we don't have it we will do our best to get it for you and I don't know know the answer right now but I will find out and let you know what I find. Without a doubt, the best I've ever dealt with. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way they bring things to my attention and casually mentions it as something to watch for, perhaps getting it resolved on my next visit.
