Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Best mechanic in the city! Only place we'll take our cars. Replaced our brakes that started to squeak a few days later. This team replaced it, for free, and were quick about it. I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. He is super honest and efficient. I recommend Markos Automotive and his bro at Premium Auto Sales in a heartbeat!

Brian and his team are excellent in service and workmanship. I have been to several body shops in the past and JKPY tops them all! Very personable and good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone else looking for body work. The other proof of quality is that JKPY also are contracted to dealerships.
