I have no trouble finding someone to help me when I need it and that is important. Prices are good as well. I shop at the Orillia store a lot although not so much for groceries, but pet food and household items.

I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. Friendly customer service and easy to talk to. Prices are average. They do what is asked and call if anything additional comes up. They are not a perfect repair shop but I am a regular and trust their analysis.
