I had lunch here with a friend on a quiet Tuesday.
Stokes-by-the-Bay rarely seems to be busy at lunch time, so hopefully they make their money with the supper and evening crowd ?
Anyway, there were a few diners there – may 3 or 4 other groups in a fairly large dining area - enough people so you don’t think you’re the only ones there !
With the small lunch crowd, our waitress was not exactly hard-pressed, but she gave us good, friendly service.
I had the soup of the day (cream of asparagus) and the “pulled pork sliders” – 3 small hamburger buns filled with pulled pork in BBQ sauce. It was all good. I particularly like the sliders. My friend had the chipotle burger with fries and gravy. He likes hot food and was happy with the small pile of jalapeno slices on top of the fixings.
I’ve been to Stokes-by-the-Bay many times over the years. I can’t say that I’ve ever had a meal that sticks in my memory as a really really special dining experience, but on the other hand I don’t recall ever being disappointed either.
Cost for the two of us was $30.51 before gratuity.
Stokes-by-the-Bay is a good place to get a reliable, reasonably priced lunch with consistently good service. I’ll go back any time.

Just had dinner at the bistro and it was fantastic. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful and answered all the questions we had about the menu and drinks. She was very personable and made the evening very enjoyable. The food was fantastic. We had the crab and shrimp cakes and bruschetta for appetizers which were great. All four of our entrees were hot, flavourful and delicious. We had two pasta dishes, lamb chops and a chicken dish which were all delightful. We were able to substitute sides without a problem or fuss from the waitress. We also had two desserts which were also fantastic. I have been to the bistro now four times and very time I have had something different and it has always been great. No complaints about anything. Great evening and atmosphere with a fantastic meal. Would definitely return.

Hanna did exactly what I wanted for my nails. I was afraid to have them done as I have had bad experiences. She was gentle and made sure they looked exactly the way I wanted!

I absolutely love this store. Always clean, the people who work there are phenomenally friendly. If you can’t find something they are quick to respond, and it has a very friendly and family atmosphere

L'entreprise semble gérer un domaine lié aux cupcakes et aux pâtisseries, mais le domaine est actuellement expiré.
Village Kitchen est un établissement convivial. Village Kitchen est ouvert tard du lundi au vendredi et en journée durant les fins de semaine. L'accès est aisé par vélo et transport en commun, ainsi que par voiture. Venez visiter cet endroit entraînant.
