Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave
