Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!

Raveena at Calgary Hyundai in the NE was the best. She made buying my first new car a great experience. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a vehicle but she made the process easy. Calgary autoworks is very professional European performance shop. A year ago I started going to get work done to my vws and never again will I go anywhere else . The owner is super nice and very knowledgable. Colin was very helpful for getting me parts ordered and best prices . Even the mechanics who work in the back are super professional and nice guys .

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.
