We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!
