I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

Could not find the model of my cooktop to replace a part. Went to the Vancouver location of Reliable Parts and Frank spent ten minutes looking for the model and found it online ordered the part and picked it up the next day.
