Our company deals with Allen Lumber everyday on all kinds of projects. The staff are more than friendly and very helpful. I would have to say that they have the best customer service I have ever seen not only from a lumber yard but any business. Jamie and his staff are always there to help in anyway. The front desk staff, a young kind gentleman of Indian descent was very accommodating and friendly when we checked in late on oct 4th, 2017. My husband had heart surgery scheduled the following day. We ended up needing to stay for 8 nights.
The kind and friendly women in the breakfast area greeted us daily with smiles and pep.
They were very kind. We will definitely return!

The holiday inn does need an upgrade in certain areas as well.
