All their vehicles come certified and E-tested, as well most of them come with a power train warranty. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

I can't say enough about how fantastic these guys are. We had Brad and Patrick install a new tub and surround. They took care of every detail. Protected our floors from any debris and did a very thorough clean up job all the way along. Brad is very easy to talk to and nothing is too challenging for him to tackle - thanks guys

I recently entered into my first investment property purchase and had the pleasure of dealing with Jameson Glas (Attorney) and Veronica (assistant to Mr. Glas). I have taken my 8 year old daughter there on several occasions for supper. Every time we eat well, are treated well and get to relax and actually enjoy each others company. I love how the staff makes my daughter feel special by remembering her, using her name, actually talking to her and listening to her answers. On top of all that the food is delicious and affordable. It is one of Guelphs hidden gems.
