Excellent! Great service! That brad guy doesnt know what he is talking about. He was the one that did not register and insure his vehicle and decided to come visit Sylvan for a weekend of partying and who knows what. The tow company does not drive around at random looking for vehicles to tow. The RCMP or bylaw calls them to tow vehicles that are not legal. Again, it goes back to the owner of the vehicles.

great people to deal with, they helped me out big time. stepdaughter smashed the side window out of my escape on a friday afternoon on our way to a wedding, not only did they get the window out asap, they helped me install it. bug thumbs up!

I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Capital Towing SAVED US. We got a flat outside of Destruction Bay and barely made it to Haines Junction. The tow truck driver drove all the way to pick us up and transport us and our car to Whitehorse. Upon arrival, the owner had a plan already figured out. He put our car on a moving van and flew us all the way down to Edmonton, where MINI was sending our car. He made reservations for our flight and even lent us one of their vehicles to get around! I made the mistake of trusting Google maps, which took me down a wrong road. ADV did everything in their power to help me even when it turned into a shitty situation for them and they had to bring in a second tow truck because the road was so bad. After all that the owner (who is also the one who got up at 2 in the morning to come help too) called AMA on my behalf and got them to cover more which significantly lowered my bill. Long story short this is a Ma and Pa business that actually cares.
