I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Food was made fresh, tasted great. I just wish that the employees double check the order. I didn't get my apple turnover, that I ordered and paid for
The staff were all standing at the front, in a huddle, talking. The young lady that took my order asked if I'd like my root beer in a mug, while I waited for my order. Which would be about 12-15 minutes, then she would put it in a cup to go and refill it. Which was very thoughtful and appreciative.

Great service. Ive been shopping at this location for many years buying my organic produce. Mostly I am dealing with the produce department and had nothing but the best of service including in the area of special orders I place. Whenever I had any interaction with the staff from other departments my experience was very good as well. Will continue shopping here.
