Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.

My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired.
The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle).
The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected.
Overall it was a great experience.

Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. Again, attention to detail, to make sure the floor was not damaged and that the piano arrived safe and sound.

I've had Willits Electric in for three jobs, the last one being complete knob and tube replacement. It was a huge job with lots of stress attached. Fortunately Mike's electricians were extremely professional, respectful, friendly, efficient, and I felt like I could completely trust them with my home and belongings.
