I absolutely love this place! I know that everything is becoming digitized and what not & maybe it's the nostalgia aspect but there is something about going and renting a movie that just makes me smile... The staff are helpful and polite and they have a pretty decent collection.

We collaborated with mellem design on a customer experience project for several months (service design) - great communication, fun but very professional people and very nice to work with. Delivered on time and budget, we're happy, and so are our customers. It was a first time experience with a 'service design' firm (we didn't know this even existed). Very inspiring and friendly.

My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.
I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to treat a problem/issue, or you just need some pampering, please enjoy your experience @ North Okanagan Skin and Laser. I know I do.

The best hair salon, in Golden, for quality of work, coloring experience, friendly, attentive service! Space is super clean, ambiance comforting and inspiring, range of products for sale, impressive, and at Reflections, customer service is tops if you are there for hair services or lipstick. I got a tattoo done by Rich on the 18th of march for my 16th birthday. He did AMAZING work. The lines are clean and it healed great. The picture is of my tattoo I got. I'm Inlove with it I'm so glad I went to him. going to him for my others for sure. He was patient with me and really nice. 5/5 stars ! Go here if you want ink done.

After a couple of years of trying to find a stylist in the north end, I had given up the hope that I would ever get a haircut that would address my hair challenges. My search is over!!!I have just gotten home from my first appointment at Rock It Out Salon and I absolutely LOVE my hair, I am sooooooo happy.My appointment was with Amanda,who knows what she is doing and I have to mention the Receptionist, so friendly not phony friendly, genuinely friendly. I look forward to returning to this salon

Excellent service but they require cash or cheque, no credit cards or debit. I loved the way they did my hair and will come back! However, they dont work on Mondays and their phones dont take a message.
