We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

came in on a busy sunday and had a great experience. store was busy, lined up out the door but the staff were quick and efficient. even though they were busy they took time to thank me for my patience. i was riding through town and my bike had a flat, the girl helped me pick out a product and it worked great. very knowledgeable staff and a great experience all around thank you lordco for your help

I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.
