I was extremely pleased with the service I received from James and his team. This was my first accident repair on my brand new vehicle. James and very friendly and walked me through the entire process of fixing my vehicle. He was reassuring of the quality of job his staff would perform and made me feel comfortable my vehicle was in great hands. For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.

Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!
