Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. All of us at Fantastic Nails and Spa would like to thank you Lorraine for coming to our salon on a Sunday to teach us First Aids and CPR. We all had learned a lot from you. I have been using Lambeth Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We moved away from the area but have chosen to come back as the treatment and care we receive from the vet (all of them) and staff is fantastic. The office staff, especially Carrie, are amazing. They are all so caring and kind. What a team that truly cares about your pet!
Veterinarian care is expensive, so for those of you complaining, pet insurance is also another option.

Two years ago I needed to have an I.V. for 2 days straight and Yurek delivered them to me so I could go and get the previous bag changed. They delivered everything to me, and came and picked up their equipment when I didn't need it anymore.
