Huge shout out to Mission Gasbusters. They were awesome with our gas line install. Accommodated a short notice request, fixed a part issue (the supplier of our fire pit sent the wrong natural gas conversion part) and went above and beyond all around in terms of service and doing the job. Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
