Great experience at HealthOne's clinic in North York at Yonge and Sheppard. I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was. The staff were friendly and professional, and having an in-house lab was a huge bonus, made the whole process quick and convenient. The clinic is also very clean, and I love that they have RMTs, I’m looking forward to trying the massage therapy on my next visit.

Usually visit every two years for eye exam, but team always professional and organized. Dr. Powell is through and takes the time to answer questions and do a great job!

The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS.
I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy .....

I have gone to this office for many years and have found everyone very kind and professional. The advanced MAP readings are terrific and have pointed out problems that an optometrist may not see the conventional way. There is a handy optical centre right in the office where you can fill your prescription right away. There are only two downfalls and both the reason I have to leave. There is not enough parking nor is it handicap accessible. Too bad really but I imagine with the stringent disability laws coming out they will either get a ramp, elevator or move so they will not be in violation.

Dr. Tina Nguyen is an awesome doctor. She is detail oriented, gives sufficient time to all her patients. She is extremely caring and loves her work, she takes extra care in taking care of her patients's needs. I highly recommend her for eye care needs.
I have been going to her clinic for many years now, my whole family is pretty satisfied with the quality of service and care provide by her and her office.

Wellington is a consumate professional with a eye for what glasses suites a person. He also has the latest equipment, which does an indepth analysis of the helth of your eyes. I'm not sure what brought my wife and I here in the first place, but through our visits over the years he is now like a friend.

I have been going to this optometric clinic for almost 25 years, my kids now in their 20s have had their eyes checked there - very happy with this clinic. Courteous staff, don't wait long. Recommend!
