I have dealt with Ken and Dean at Stony TV for 20 plus years. I've always had a great experience. They are extremely knowledgable on the products and are more than willing to spend as much time as necessary with their customers to make sure they are making an informed decision when making a purchase. Anything I have ever bought was either on time or if it was on back order from the manufacturer, I was notified and offered alternatives. I highly recommend them for any appliance, TV, home theatre needs!

The BEST service, period! I called in the late morning and described to Lori-Ann an issue with our washing machine. After determining a possible cause and whether or not they had the part in stock, she arranged for Daryl to contact me. He arrived later that same day (we live an hour outside of Lloydminster) and repaired the washer without having to use the new part. He was quick and yet very thorough, clearly explaining what he had done. I strongly recommend D&L. Super service = satisfaction! ?

I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.

Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process. As a small business owner, I have not experienced any downtime and could not be happier about their customer service. Personal thanks to GM Joe

I was very impressed with the Automotive Service. I didn't have a car looked at, although they did look over a bicycle for us. They did not have to as this was not part of their jobs. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not. Very impressed so far!!!! Thank you.
