Pleasant, friendly and efficient work crew. The worksite was a little distance and involved a bit of traveling but the guys were always punctual, stayed overtime, and never took breaks. Courtney always provided up to date reports and pictures of the project ( we live out of the country). Whenever there was a work related problem, Courtney and his guys solved it. We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company.
