They are the best. When I call the reception is nice. The whole process from making a rdv to having the technician come to my place to help fix my home computer was great. The guy was down to earth and his company was enjoyable while he fixed my computer. I havent had any issues since, except for needed updates and he calls to check and see if all is well. Super customer service.
