I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.

I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

Thank you for replacing the window that lost it's seal. The man who did the work was very nice, diligent, and did meticulous work! (and he was also very tolerant of our two yapping dogs). We bought these windows from you several years ago and have been extremely pleased with them. We would never consider anyone else.
