I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. The air conditioner at my business died on the hottest day of the year - what could be worse than that ??? When Mike came over to take a look he mentioned it might be the compressor and because I was so desparate to have it working, I approved the $ 1200 or so that it would cost to replace it with a new one.
In the end, some sort of a power boost was all that was required to kick start the unit and the compressor !!!!
