Great service, even better work. As far as alterations places go, this is the only placeI go to. Even if you don't know what you need or want to get done, or how to describe it, the lovely woman who runs the place, is helpful and full of advice. You can tell she really knows what she's doing anyway. Always happy with how my clothes come out, no matter how little or big of a request.

Ozzie at The Golden Needle has dealt with all my alterations for 12 years. She is the most experienced accomplished and diligent seamstress I have known. Moreover, no job is too small or messy for her – she has willingly accepted every item requiring attention that I have brought to her. The last two were shortening the sleeves of an expensive grey coat my wife bought on-line from Hudsons Bay, dealt with sooner than expected and perfectly. And repair of two thick Herdwick wool sweaters for me.

So grateful I came across Shane’s Fine Dry Cleaning. The service is outstanding. Shane has consistently helped me carry out all of my husband’s shirts when my hands are full. Shane feels like family because she has a relaxed and kind demeanour that is always willing to go above and beyond for us. We don’t live that close to the shop anymore, but we won’t go anywhere else. Great and very successful shopping at this lovely boutique. I had 3 weddings and events surrounding the weddings to find outfits for and looked around much of Calgary to no avail..."standard dresses didn't fit me right...then came upon this store where I found 3 dresses I love (plus). The best part is that alterations were included and done in store by the very knowledgeable and experienced owner. I am so thrilled to have the personal touch I experienced. My new "go-to" shop!
