At both Hamilton locations you will deal with a select few staff including the owner who provide excellent customer service tailored to your needs. This store can provide virtually any item Party City can with better customer service, comparable prices & its a local business.

Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight.
He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in.
And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.
