The staff was very informative about their products and I trust them for the right fit for me when it comes to hockey. Parking is free and available on most days.

Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. This is your old fashion pizza parlour ....Any one remember Shakies Pizza?
Kids love this place....they can watch them make the pizzas....great bench style seating on back for birthday parties. The pizza is your thin and crispy style which I love....it's a great pizza if you don't like all the dough the comes with all the cheap pizzas. I have been eating here for years and will never stop!
