I have been training with 360 for a year. I started with only a hope to improve my health and lose some weight. My selfesteem was so low I went in expecting to fail. My trainer had the knowledge and experience to know how and when to push me. Before long I was looking forward to each session and holding my head higher than ever.
The advantage of this gym over others is the personal attention. You join the gym to be trained by one of the professional trainers there. They are all so well educated and all of them have great personalities. Having someone who is truly interested in your advancment helps you achieve goals you didn't even know you had.
Since starting at 360 I have lost about 10 pounds but I have gained about 13 pounds in lean muscle. I have shrunk by a whopping 40 inches. I have so much life and am more confident than ever before.
I say that if you are truly serious about getting healthy and fit, then 360 is the ONLY choice.

The staff at the Bower Place Eye Center was great! needed to get an eye exam right away and they were able to get me in, do direct billing to my insurance company and have me done right away. Very convenient to have the glasses done same day as well! Great job!

great beer selection, tasty food, live music on wednesdays along with awesome wings. apparently they do dueling pianos every friday which are hysterical fun; my gf celebrated her birthday at dueling pianos and we had a riot! funny and talented, these guys know how to work a crowd. will def. be back!!

Great service. My AFO was cast locally, ready when promised and fit me great which has helped me with my mobility. I also needed assistance with billing and that process was done without me having to worry.Thank you!
