I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I was so pleasantly surprised: 1) outstanding service and information from both people in the store recently. 2) the selection in the store is amazing 3) have expanded their stock of really interesting sports items as well as accessories. I saw some of the nicest handbags and wallets and shoes that I have seen in a while.
