The hair stylists are Japanese so they do things a bit differently. The shiatsu massage after the hair cut is very nice!

I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.

Dynamic has done several kitchens for me and I have referred many friends to them. They always do an superior job. Lisa in the office/show room has wonderful knowledge and endless patience helping customers choose what they want. Dan the Kitchen God is a wonderful font of knowledge and suggestions when in your home. He is a master jointer with unmatched skills.
