Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

Watermain broke down the other day. This company was on it! Amazing tradespeople!! In a day and age when you really do not know who is coming into your home to fix something, you want to be absolutely sure about their integrity and competency. The fine folks at Sure Heating are ALL THAT and so much more! They went above and beyond sorting out our ongoing issue with an aging Polaris hot water boiler. When it was finally clear the problem was unfixable, they replaced the specialized boiler at a very fair price. Do yourself a favour and call them first!
