Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I find it an interesting store..lots to look at. Today, I bought a patio sectional that was knocked down to 70% thanks to Cieux clearance sale. Staff was great. There is plenty of furniture items to choose from.

I have been a client of Northern Lights Optometry for over 5 years. Their front end customer service is excellent and Drs. Kisser and Gorrell have provided me with the best of vision care. I recently got multi-focals through them but they did not work for me, so, free of charge, they remade them into computer glasses, which are fantastic. Even better, they did the redo in just ONE DAY, thanks to the spectacular skills and service of their on-site staff. Thank You so much!

After losing a large filling that anchors my partial plate, they got me in very quickly. The staff was excellent, polite and friendly. Dr Koles was professional, efficient, explained everything well, and was extremely kind. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
