I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

I am very pleased with my new flooring. Not just the 12x24 vinyl tiles,the preparation as well. Underlying floor was not level,is now. Great job, thank you Matt and Glen ?

Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!

anytime i've been in, they always let me know up front what's needed or what i can get by with on the budget i set for repairs. they may seem a bit pricier than the ones in/near the area, but they're worth every $$ as an investment in your car's safety.

Henry and his sons represent the modern day equivalent of a bygone era where competency, interest, fair play and consistency were the norm to so many of our everyday service during those times. Their garage services our family two collector vehicles as well as a good friend who drives all the way from West Vancouver to have his Subaru Forester serviced twice a year. I have never been given such good service anywhere. Beevan (hope it is spelt right) goes WAY above and beyond for his customers. He always makes you his number 1 priority. I was needing to find out if some papers were delivered. I called twice but went to voicemail. Beevan called me back because I didnt leave a message. I lost my tracking paper and he stayed on the phone with me until we tracked the item down (without a date of being sent) and gave me the information I needed. You rock Beevan!
