10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

They were very responsive and had our Zimbra migrated to Office 365 with our 50 accounts in 3 day's. We had other companies give us 4 weeks minimum for the transition. Also we had like zero down time for the transition of email, my boss was really impressed with that. Very friendly staff and resources, also I called in the middle of the night and got response which was impressive.

Calling the store by phone was not the greatest but going into the store is pretty great. I been there lots and always had great service and the people are knowledgeable on what they sell, they usually have what I am looking for. One time one of the sales people went far beyond what he had to when I bought a wi-fi extender. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me that I did not understand and when I asked if I could call him when I set this up in my house he gave me his personal number.
