Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

Yes, it is sometimes full of people waiting and it is tedious. In the long run, everybody is nice, polite, and does your tests.
So all these labs are very convenient and have great service.

The green pure air was installed in a building with odor complaints, no more complaints. We are installing the system in additional buildings.
