I enjoyed your good customer service when I went in to see if you have had any bus-passes...it was a harsh day trying to find a way an time for the bus service is your last resort, its always good to know when the bus leaves to Chilliwack, bus-fair is a lot cheaper then 40-bucks gas money.,Happy-new year!!!

Fantastic customer service! The staff are extremely knowledgeable on all products they carry. They aren't pushy and will help you find the item you are looking for at a different store (even if it's not a Bosleys store) if they don't carry it.

This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. I talked to KEN and he said that 9 times out of ten the carb needs cleaning. He was absolutely right! Thank you for your honesty and integrity! We are very thankful to Josh who promptly called us back when we left a message with Chilliwack appliance to repair our dishwasher. He was honest about the cost to come out to Hope for a repair job. We took a picture of the problem and sent it to him - while on the phone, he walked us through a possible solution and the leak stopped. We were so happy for his expert knowledge, honesty and good advice! We will definitely use him again to repair our appliances and recommend him to everyone!
