The Southgate mall location has great customer service once you finally get out of the line (one time i stood at the front of the line for 15 mins straight even though i needed to do quick banking) because the client advisors are very thorough with each customer. I appreciate that but maybe provide some seats? It is so stressful to stand in the lines sometimes. Maybe i should bring my own chair from home.

Could use a receptionist at the always empty front desk. Otherwise very helpful and informative, explaining things to me in an easy but NON-derogatory way!
