Ken does fantastic work. Ken and his team tore down our old leaky chimney and rebuilt it with all new materials, new firebox and finished with new tile inside. From providing a written quote, answering all our questions, explaining each step throughout construction, keeping a tidy site and even saving us a significant amount of money by being able to salvage part of the old chimney, we would recommend Ken to anyone. I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!
