I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

I just moved to Edmonton and needed to get my carpet cleaned at the house I moved into. Both my real estate agent and home inspector recommended Steamxpress, so I opted to try them. I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my website inquiry, but they called to confirm in advance of my appointment. After the cleaning was done, I received a call from the office to confirm everything went well and was asked a few survey questions. I liked that they took the time to make sure I was satisfied and asked my opinion about their service. All in all, great company and great service! I would highly recommend

Amazing plumbing team. I couldn't be happier and so grateful with the work they did. We had laundry valves, outdoor frost free hose faucet new overflow and drain installed. Colin is an amazing human and was so easy to work with. The integrity and care he puts into his work is incredible and rare. I have been going to see Amanda and Michelle at this location for some years now. I have long hair that I get trimmed up there. Its quick and affordable. Nothing fancy so it doesnt take long but is always a good cut.
