At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole is warm, kind, and ascertained that we were well-cared for. She booked us on a Saturday morning at the last minute. Bruce fixed our transmission line in record time so we wouldn’t miss out on our holiday weekend. He advised us to wait until Monday morning to replace the ball joint and wheel bearing which saved us a few hundred dollars as most parts shops were closed on Saturday. They are friendly and professional.

Have nothing but great things to say about Pop a Lock. My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. As it turned out, we actually found the key. The customer service and response time were AMAZING! Will definitely recommend!! Thanks!

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!
