Everyone at the clinic is great. Very kind and accommodating staff. I was nervous about having chiropractic treatments done, but really needed relief for my back. Dr. Cruickshank was very patient and explained everything to me and before trying different maneuvers she always made sure to ask me if I was comfortable to proceed.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My toilet was backed after my son threw a clementine in it. I was upset because I had family coming over. Luckily a plumber came out in time for them to fix our toilet before our guests arrived

I had two side doors and my basement windows replaced a few months ago and love the finished look! The windows and doors are high quality, the service is exceptional and the installers were friendly and cleaned up immaculately. Highly recommend!

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
