Bought 82in and 75in QLED TV from them, the owner has a great in depth knowledge of all the TV specs, very polite and great service received from AV HotSpot, pleasure to deal with and will do business again, (hopefully sound bar soon)

TV broke down and I called them , technician came next day removed defective parts , two days later called us that he fixed the defective boards , came 30 minutes later and installed them .So far everything is O.K. , charged fair price and gave 3 months written warranty.
