I was extremely anxious and emotional about going to the dentist since I haven't been for 10yrs. Dr Regnier was so kind and supportive and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He's definitely helped my fear of the dentist. I will be going back to him for any future work

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Absolutely unforgettable car buying experience! My husband and I walked into Go Dodge in Surrey just to check out some vehicles not really prepared to commit to anything right away. From our initial approach the first time we walked in until the very end, the experience was absolutely phenominal. After calling five tow truck companies during rush hour unitow was the number one truck that came and responded to me after my suv broke down on the side of the east-west connector between Richmond New west. They told me they would be there with one 15 mins and held true to their word. Ed the tow truck driver was courteous prompt and offered me a newspaper to read in his truck and made sure that I was warm while he took diligent care loading up my SUV and every step along the way he made sure that I was safe from the rush-hour fast moving tricks as well as telling me his trip plan throughout the way to my mechanic shop. Remember folks, tip your driver! They work very hard for their pay.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
