My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. It has been just over a year since I contacted Benji at 4 Pillars. I am grateful I did. in the past year I have been able to stop living pay check to pay check. Pay for my son to tryout for teams to represent BC and travel with him to the camps and games.
