This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. I contacted Nicholson Automotive when my Toyota Matrix started to sound more like a light aircraft than a car. Chris was very helpful on the phone and the car was booked in.
